At SOU・SOU netshop, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our unique Japanese designs; however, if you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we accept returns of unworn items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact Customer Support

  Email our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive an official Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original condition, including all tags and traditional packaging, to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send the package back to our Kyoto headquarters using a trackable shipping service, as return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your requested exchange item within 7 business days.
